Service Agreement

TechGuru provides AI assistant development, automation setup, and technical consulting services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Pricing & Payment

All pricing is clearly stated in our packages. Payment is required upfront before work begins. We accept Stripe, PayPal, and Wise payments.

Delivery Timelines

• Starter Package: 48-72 hours
• Business Package: 3-5 days
• Elite Package: 5-7 days

Timelines begin after project requirements are confirmed and payment is received.

Revisions & Support

• Starter: 1 revision included
• Business: 2 revisions included
• Elite: 3 post-launch revisions included

Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.

Refund Policy

Full refund available within 12 hours of payment if work has not yet begun. Once development starts, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the delivered AI assistant and all custom code developed specifically for your project. TechGuru retains rights to our proprietary tools and methodologies.

Liability Limit

TechGuru's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for business losses, downtime, or consequential damages.

Cancellations

Project cancellations after work has begun will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation point.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
